Yes. Group Leaders are trained in delivering social and emotional learning curriculum through a variety of formats including virtually. Virtual groups are hosted via Zoom. Please submit your request by contacting us directly.

In-office groups accommodate up to 4 participants, while in-home and virtual groups can host 6-8 participants, tailored to the group’s needs.

Social skills group services and interventions are not behavioral in nature and are not covered by my BACB certification.

In order to ensure the safety of your child in the event of an emergency, we require a legal guardian to remain on the property.

Yes! Our group leaders have collectively 6+ years of experience working with children with ASD, ADHD, ODD, and other behavioral concerns. To confirm if our social skills group is right for your neurodivergent child, please contact us before registering. 

Yes, siblings are welcome. If we notice sibling participants would benefit more from being separated we will inform parents and create a plan together. 

NBBS requires a 24-hour notice before a scheduled group for rescheduling or cancellation. Refund requests must be sent in writing to cwalling@newbehaviorservices.com within 24 hours of the group session to receive a complete refund. There are no refunds for cancellation requisitions made without 24-hour notice. There are no refunds for no-shows without written notice. 

Two no-shows consecutively will result in your child(ren) losing their spot(s) in group. Please contact NBBS immediately if a cancellation request is due to an emergency.
