Translation Services for Families

New Beginnings Behavior Services (NBBS) celebrates diversity and serves families in a wide range of languages. Upon onboarding for new clients, NBBS will determine the family’s primary speaking language. NBBS will determine and notify new or interested clients if there are available staff (BCBA level and RBT level) who are fluent in the family’s primary speaking language. NBBS will also work with a client’s insurance provider to determine of translation/interpreter services are available in the event NBBS does not have available staff.
